The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across finance, corporate services, information technology, and procurement—ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1) Financial Management & Strategy
-
Develop and execute LSETF’s financial strategy aligned with organizational goals

Prepare and manage annual budgets; oversee treasury, cash flow, and expenditure approvals
-
Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS or IPSAS
-
Engage effectively with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and the Board
2) Information Technology Oversight
-
Lead IT planning and digital transformation initiatives

Supervise CRM development and the Programme Application Portal

Drive enterprise-wide ERP implementation
-
Strengthen IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability
3) Procurement & Regulatory Compliance

Oversee procurement processes in line with public procurement laws

Manage vendors and contracts; ensure proper documentation and controls

Continuously improve procurement systems and compliance frameworks
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

First Degree or HND (minimum of Lower Credit)
-
Recognized professional qualification: ICAN, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or CIMA
-
Minimum of 12 years relevant professional experience
-
Strong working knowledge of IFRS or IPSAS
-
Valid NYSC discharge certificate
-
Experience in social-impact or non-profit organizations (added advantage)
