CATEGORY A – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING POSITIONS
Deputy Bursar
Applicants for the position of Deputy Bursar must possess:

At least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics

A First Degree in Accounting
-
A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
-
Professional membership of ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA
-
A minimum of 17 years post-qualification experience in finance or accounting-related roles
Deputy Director, Internal Audit
Candidates applying for this position must:

Hold the rank of Chief Internal Auditor or its equivalent
-
Possess a First Degree in Accounting (minimum of Second Class Lower)
-
Have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
-
Be a registered member of ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA
-
Have not less than 18 years post-qualification experience, including at least 8 years in senior audit roles
Chief Accountant
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics

A First Degree in Accounting
-
A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline

Membership of ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA
-
Minimum of 14 years post-qualification experience
-
Proven proficiency in accounting and financial management software
Principal Accountant
Interested candidates must possess:

Five (5) O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics

A First Degree or HND in Accounting or a related discipline
-
Membership of ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA
-
At least 10 years post-qualification experience
-
Demonstrable skills in accounting software applications
Senior Accountant
Applicants for this role must:

Have five (5) O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics

Possess a First Degree or HND in Accounting or related discipline
-
Be a member of ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA
-
Have not less than 20 years post-qualification experience
-
Demonstrate strong leadership ability and proficiency in accounting software
CATEGORY B – WORKS AND SERVICES POSITIONS
Director, Works and Services Division
The Director will be responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the Works and Services Division and will report directly to the Vice-Chancellor.
Requirements include:

A recognized Engineering qualification registrable with COREN and NSE
-
Minimum of 15 years professional experience, including
-
At least 5 years experience within a university system
Deputy Director, Works and Services Division
Applicants must:

Possess a recognized Engineering qualification approved by COREN and NSE
-
Have not less than 10 years relevant post-qualification experience
