Available Internship Categories & Requirements

All positions are placed on approved CONHESS salary levels in accordance with public service regulations.

1. Intern Pharmacists (CONHESS 08)

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution

• Provisional registration or internship license from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN)

2. Intern Medical Laboratory Scientists (CONHESS 06)

• BMLS degree from an accredited institution

• Provisional registration or temporary practicing license from MLSCN

3. Intern Nurses (CONHESS 08)

• Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc)

• Provisional registration or internship approval from Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN)

4. Intern Radiographers (CONHESS 06)

• B.Sc. Radiography from a recognized institution

• Provisional registration or internship license from RRBN

5. Intern Dental Therapists (CONHESS 07)

• HND or equivalent qualification

• Provisional registration from Dental Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (DTRBN)

6. Intern Dental Technologists (CONHESS 07)

• B.Tech, HND, or equivalent qualification

• Provisional registration from DTRBN

7. Intern Optometrists (CONHESS 08)

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

• Provisional registration or internship license from ODDRBN

8. Intern Physiotherapists (CONHESS 08)

• B.Sc. Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification

• Provisional registration from Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board (MRTB)

• Payment follows the Public Health Service CONHESS Salary Structure
